Lady Doak College gives importance to the spiritual formation of the students and staff members. It encourages all students and staff members to integrate their faith and life and lead an exemplary life. Cardinal importance is given to instill in students a love for God, His Word and people, through various Christian Studies programmes and activities. Students and staff members are invited to participate in the daily devotion at the Wilcox Chapel. Faculty members, student volunteers, and guest speakers conduct the worship services. The Christian Activity Centre maintains a library of religious books and magazines. Special retreats, devotional meetings, Bible studies, and prayer cells are organised specially for the Christian staff and students. The Student Christian Movement conducts special seminars and camps and involves students in service projects to reach out to the needy. Bible-based competitions are conducted for the students and non-teaching staff. The Chapel is kept open from 6.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. for worship and prayer.
