Objectives - CHRD

  1. To continuously train and equip the faculty with necessary skills and professional competence to meet the challenges posed by a high-tech society.
  2. To train the newly recruited faculty on basic pedagogical skills and institutional culture.
  3. To motivate senior faculty members to adapt themselves to the emerging trends in the education scenario.
  4. To important to all faculty, leadership and organizing skills to effectively implement the academic and co-curricular activities of the college.
  5. To organize seminars and workshops by using the expertise of senior faculty members in the college and experts in the relevant fields from outside to give training to the participants.
  6. To organize periodic seminars to develop the knowledge, skill and efficiency of Technicians, Office Staff members, Service Staff and Students in LDC.
